Recognizing the significant value of After Sales Service to enable customers to full-life-sperm use of our products, we are pleased to provide our customers with the following service by Experienced Service Team duly trained by our Technical Director—three decade experience in Battery Manufacturing as well as completed numerous trainings by oversea technicians.
Maintenance and Schedule Check-Up
As the unique service to the customers with more than operating five batteries at a particular individual place, we are pleased to provide scheduled periodical checks on our products' function efficiency within the warranty period free of charge. And thus we are committed to ensure customers' best use of our products in their fullest capacities, life-sperm and convenience.
Trade In Program
We have the service called Trade-In-Program for those whom want to exchange the old battery in either small or large quantities with the replacement of new TOYO Battery. Recognizing of environmental factors, the convenience and cost saving of our customers, we also buy back used Lead Acid Battery in exchange of new TOYO battery or cash.
